Leverage: Learning That Helps You Become Who You’re Becoming

A learning ecosystem for people who want to understand their patterns, design meaningful systems, and grow with intention.

Leverage is where reflection, healing, and systems design meet.
It’s a place for people who want to learn in a way that feels human — not pressured, not performative, and not overwhelming.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying old patterns that don’t match who you’re becoming, Leverage helps you build new ones.

What Leverage Offers

Every issue, tool, and circle is built around one purpose:

To help you design systems that support your learning, your energy, and your future.

You won’t find hacks or productivity cheerleading here.
Instead, you’ll find:

  • Simple weekly guides

  • Reflection questions that reveal what matters

  • Tools you can actually use (Notion templates, worksheets, trackers)

  • Workbooks that help you see your life clearly

  • Small community circles to practice in real time

The Framework Behind Leverage

Leverage is powered by a three-part learning ecosystem:

1. Relational Framework — The Philosophy (Why We Learn This Way)

This comes from Greg’s research in learning, Black Studies, communication, and embodied meaning-making.

It says:

  • We learn through the relationships between ideas,

  • through the relationship between ideas and our bodies,

  • and through the relationship between our bodies and other people.

Learning is not just cognitive.
It is physical, emotional, social, and historical.

Leverage is built with this truth in mind.

2. The 4R Framework — The Learning Cycle (How We Grow)

Each Leverage tool follows a simple but powerful rhythm:

  1. Recognize — notice the pattern

  2. Record — write it down so it becomes real

  3. Respond — act on what you’ve learned

  4. Report — reflect, share, and integrate the insight

This cycle turns self-awareness into self-transformation.
It’s how you learn in public without losing yourself.

3. Designing Systems for Growth — The Practice (Where It Shows Up)

To help you use the 4Rs in your real life, Leverage offers:

  • Workbooks (Reflection Workbook, Ritual Builder, Meaning Map, Creative Recovery Planner)

  • Trackers (for systems, energy, rituals, habits, and integration)

  • Circles (small, intentional 4-week group experiences)

Each tool is designed to help you:

  • See your systems clearly

  • Name your real needs

  • Build rituals that support you

  • Review your growth gently

This is learning as a relational, reflective, and embodied practice.

What You’ll Receive Each Week

Every issue of Leverage follows the same simple rhythm:

1. Guide — a small idea you can use today

Something you can try, shape, or question.

2. Reflection — a question that helps you understand yourself

Because clarity is a form of freedom.

3. Tool — a workbook, tracker, or template

Something concrete you can write in, try out, and return to.

Because learning sticks when it becomes visible.

Who Leverage Is For

Leverage is designed for people who are:

  • Overwhelmed by scattered systems

  • Hungry for meaning, not momentum

  • Ready to grow without burning out

  • Tired of productivity culture

  • Building a new chapter of themselves

  • Artists, educators, thinkers, creators

  • Black, diasporic, or allied

  • Reflective and self-aware

  • Looking for structure that still feels human

If you learn through reflection, writing, embodiment, or community, you’ll feel at home here.
