Take your same situation from last Monday and Wednesday.

Now do this:

List the real options. Not all possible options.

Only the ones you would actually choose.

Most people list 5–10.

But when you’re honest, it’s usually 2–3.

Cross out the ones you wouldn’t realistically pick.

Now you’re left with:

2 real options.

Clarity often doesn’t come from more thinking.

It comes from fewer choices.
