One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that people often carry unresolved things in their mind for far longer than they need to.

Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they don’t care.

But because too many things are competing for mental space at once.

Part of what I originally wanted this newsletter to become was a space that helped people think more clearly through small, usable lessons delivered over time.

Sometimes that looks like sharing an idea, a resource, or a useful framework.

Other times it means helping someone take a situation that feels mentally crowded and organizing it into something clearer and more manageable.

But today, I just want to leave you with something simple.

Write down:

The one thing currently taking the most mental space.

Not everything.
Just the one thing.

Now answer this:

Does this require action today?

Yes / No

If the answer is no:

It does not belong in today.

If the answer is yes:

What is the smallest action that moves it forward?

Write that down.

That’s it.

A lot of pressure does not come from having too much to do.

It comes from carrying too many unresolved things at the same time.

Sometimes clarity is not about solving everything.

Sometimes it’s just separating what belongs to now from what doesn’t.
