We’re starting fresh — and you’re still here.

Hey

I wanted to send this note personally because Leverage just changed in a big way.

Over the past year, thousands of people subscribed — but many stopped opening the emails. So I decided to reset the list and keep only those who were still reading, reflecting, and growing with me.

That means you. You’re part of a smaller, sharper circle of about 3,900 readers who actually engage.

This next chapter of Leverage is about learning how to learn — and healing through it. Every week, you’ll get:

  • 🧩 A Guide – something practical to build or try

  • 💭 A Reflection – a short question to deepen your awareness

  • 🛠️ A Tool – a Notion template or framework to apply the idea

But here’s what makes it different:
Leverage is grounded in the lessons of Black History — how Black life, creativity, and imagination show us what it means to learn, heal, and design better futures.

That focus doesn’t limit who this is for — it expands what learning means. Because the Diaspora’s story is also a map for resilience, creativity, and freedom that anyone can use.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing new frameworks, reflection exercises, and digital tools built from that foundation.

For now, I’d love to hear from you:
👉 What’s one thing you’re trying to learn, heal, or create this season?
(Just hit reply — I read every message.)

Thanks for being part of this smaller, stronger community.

P.S. Next week’s issue is about how to “design a learning process that heals.” You won’t want to miss it.
