Not your calendar.

Not even your goals.

Your operating system.

It’s a collection of invisible rules your mind uses to predict safety, avoid loss, and maintain identity — often created years before you had the language to describe them.

Today’s Move is simple:

Recognition — Notice the system that woke up before you did.

Ask yourself:

  1. What state did I wake up in?

  2. What did my body assume the day would be like?

  3. What belief quietly shaped my first decision?

Your job today is not to change anything.
Your job is simply to notice.

Systems shift when we pay attention to them.
