Write down:

The one thing currently taking the most mental space.

Not everything. Just the one thing.

Now answer this:

Is this something that requires action today?

Yes / No

If the answer is no: It doesn’t belong in today.

If the answer is yes: What is the smallest action that moves it forward?

Write that down.

That’s it.

Most of the pressure people feel isn’t from too much to do.

It’s from holding too many unresolved things at once.

Reducing that even slightly changes how the day feels.
