Designing What Comes Next
Hi All,
Over the past few weeks, we’ve rebuilt Leverage from the inside out — through reflection, ritual, and learning in public.
Now I want to take the next step with you.
Leverage has always been about learning as healing — but it’s also a kind of systems design. Each ritual, reflection, or community we build is a small system that helps people grow, connect, and make meaning.
So before I decide what to build next — a course, a community space, or a reflection challenge — I want to hear directly from you.
Take this 3-minute survey: https://forms.gle/FMcPoe5JBsHvGvnM8
Your responses will help shape:
What topics we explore next (learning systems, joy systems, money systems)
What formats we experiment with (online chat, workshops, templates)
How Leverage evolves from a newsletter into a collective learning space
Think of this as a small design experiment; a way to help co-create the next version of Leverage together.
Heads up: Starting next week, Leverage will move into a weekly rhythm; one reflection, one tool, one small system each week.
Whether you’ve been reading from the start or just found this space, your voice matters.
Thank you for staying, for reading, and for caring about how we learn.

P.S. Next week, I’ll share what we learned from this survey. And announce the first small experiment for the new Leverage community.
