Take a blank page.

Write down everything currently pulling on your attention.

Not organized. Just everything.

Then do one pass:

Mark each item as:

  • active (needs action now)

  • passive (can wait)

  • noise (doesn’t matter right now)

Most people discover something quickly: A large percentage is either passive or noise.

But it’s still taking up mental space.

Clarity doesn’t come from thinking more.

It comes from reducing what you’re holding.

Once the noise drops, decisions become easier.
